B’S TOWING • GREATER NEW ORLEANS
Plan the move. Get the right quote.
Prefer a callback? Leave your number.
Dispatch confirms availability, equipment, timing and price. A request is not a confirmed booking.
For a planned tow or transport, provide your pickup, destination, vehicle or load details and preferred timing.
Request a service quote
A form submission is a request. Dispatch must confirm availability, equipment, timing and price before the job is booked.
Before submitting
Confirm the exact pickup point and receiving destination. Include garage height, gates, narrow access, wheel condition, missing keys, vehicle modifications or load dimensions that may affect the plan. Only take photos from a safe location.
Read quote factors or browse services to prepare.
Request a quote for the actual job
Use the form above to begin a planned towing or transport conversation. Describe what needs help and the result you want, even when you do not know the correct service name. A car that will not start, a vehicle with damaged wheels and an item needing planned transport are different descriptions. Do not choose a mechanical diagnosis simply to complete the request. State the current facts and identify any information that is still unknown.
Keep a reachable phone number with the request and explain who is coordinating. If you are asking on behalf of a driver, seller or company, identify who knows the current situation and who can approve the arrangement. A submitted quote inquiry does not reserve equipment or establish a price by itself. Call 504-908-0072 for time-sensitive coordination rather than treating a planned quote form as an immediate dispatch confirmation.
Give the pickup point and usable approach
Provide the vehicle’s present location rather than the nearest familiar address. Explain known road direction or the actual property entrance, then describe where the vehicle sits beyond it. A map pin may help but can mark the building instead of the parking position. Mention gates, covered areas, fixed barriers or other known restrictions. Tell dispatch when an access contact must provide permission or entry and whether that arrangement is confirmed.
Do not describe an unfinished preparation as a completed condition. If another authorized person still needs to move a parked vehicle or open a gate, identify that step. Available current photographs can explain the approach from a safe, permitted position, but they do not establish equipment fit or a loading method. The quote conversation needs the actual vehicle and access combination rather than a route distance that leaves the collection problem unexplained.
Explain condition, configuration and included items
Give year, make and model when available, together with keys and known movement limitations. Mention missing components, visible damage or modifications relevant to the actual request. Do not restart, drive or force controls just to prepare a quote answer. If a seller, mechanic or other person supplied condition information, identify the source and when it was obtained. A previous listing or old photograph should not be presented as a current verified description.
For equipment, a commercial vehicle or a container request, disclose the current configuration and load status. Give reliable dimensions and weight information with units and source when available. Distinguish a measured figure from an estimate or a rated limit. List separate parts or other objects you want considered rather than assuming they are included. Dispatch must review acceptance and the actual scope; this form does not promise capacity or a particular transport method.
Confirm the receiving destination
Provide the proposed destination and explain whether the receiver has agreed to accept the actual vehicle or item. A shop address, appointment or available-looking yard does not establish every handoff instruction. Confirm the usable entrance, receiving contact and approved timing. If acceptance is pending, say so before treating the route as finalized. A later destination change should be reviewed rather than assumed covered by an estimate based on different facts.
Discuss keys and after-hours instructions with the receiver through its actual process. Keep repair or assessment authorization separate from approval of transport. If passengers need another ride, label their destination separately so it does not replace the vehicle address in messages. A useful quote request describes the accepted handoff as well as the pickup; it does not assume the operator can choose an alternative property if the proposed receiver is closed.
Describe timing constraints and pending approvals
Give the preferred date and explain any real restriction, such as a seller’s release window, gate attendance or the receiver’s acceptance hours. Distinguish those verified limits from a convenient time you would simply prefer. Do not promise another party an exact arrival based on submitting the form. Ask dispatch to review availability with the actual job details, and keep the proposed window separate from a confirmed service arrangement.
If someone else must approve the move, identify that person’s role and how the decision will be communicated. A driver may know the current vehicle condition while an office coordinator approves the destination. Explain those separate responsibilities instead of listing several numbers without context. Tell dispatch when approval remains pending, and update the existing request when the decision is made so the current scope and next step remain clear.
Ask what is included and keep the request current
Ask dispatch to explain which services the proposed scope includes for the actual situation. Recovery, loading, onward towing and separate cargo work should not be treated as interchangeable labels. Compare proposals using the same current vehicle, access and receiving facts. This page does not publish a fixed rate schedule or decide third-party coverage. Confirm payment or approval questions with the responsible provider and identify any decision that remains pending.
If condition, access, timing or destination changes, update the existing request and ask for acknowledgment where it affects service. Identify which earlier detail is replaced instead of submitting unexplained conflicting forms. Before approving the arrangement, confirm availability, scope and the next agreed step directly with dispatch. Keep the current contact reachable through the handoff. A clear estimate conversation reduces assumptions by making the actual job visible rather than reducing it to mileage alone.
