iPhone and iPad: Safari

Desktop: supported Chrome or Edge

Updates and offline use

Use an internet connection to refresh service information and send requests. The app provides an offline fallback, not an offline dispatch service. An offline page does not mean your request was delivered. Call or text using your phone’s service if you need help.

Reopen the app while online to receive website updates. If an old view persists, refresh, or clear the site’s stored data in your browser settings and reinstall the shortcut. Clearing data may remove browser preferences.

Remove the app

On a phone or tablet, use the icon’s remove/delete option; on desktop, use the installed app or browser’s uninstall menu. Removing the shortcut does not cancel an already confirmed service request.
